All orders will be shipped promptly and shipping costs will be added to your order. We only ship to North America and Hawaii. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
UPS Orders: If ordered before 12:00 PM Pacific Time, the order will be processed the same day. If ordered after 12:00 PM, the order will be processed the next business day.
Trucking: In most cases we utilize Matheson for California shipments, Watkins and Conway for anything outside of California. All shipment requiring a trucking line will take an additional 24-48 hours after order is ready.
FOB: Shipping point - Healdsburg, CA., unless drop shipped from factory.
Customer is responsible for all incoming and outgoing freight and handling charges including crates.
Payment Methods
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Bank Money Orders. Sorry, no COD orders.

For service with an existing order, including shipping and order changes, please send email to annex@carlsenassociates.com or call 1-707-431-2000. Our office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific time) Monday through Friday.
Return Policy
If you don’t like it or don’t need it we will take it back. Simply return the product, shipping prepaid, and we’ll refund your item in full (minus the original shipping charges). Any of the returned items must be undamaged and unused. Please call or email our Annex for a return authorization number. Customer is responsible for all incoming and outgoing handling and shipping charges.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we gained online. We will never disclose any customer information to anyone for any reason, unless they have a warrant.
